Dear Everybody! On Wednesday, February 24, we took our 11.5-year-old kitten named Marci to the clinic after a doctor had been taking medication for 1 month and had nothing to do with it (fluid in the abdomen and chest cavity, not knowing where it came from, but no blood was taken, and we later learned that he should have started with that). Then, after waiting for 1 hour, I was called in, where the doctor, not listening all the time, dragged a poor animal, which he found to be dehydrated (in vain I fed it, watered it at home, it was not enough), and then I could not caress it, it was sent, saying the animal was inside remains. Then that night I called them to see what the developments were, a young doctor picked up the phone who was really not in the picture, said there is urine, the kidneys are working (not even with this problem we brought in !!!) and then the next day I called I got another doctor at the end of the line, he didn't say too much (it didn't turn out that he managed to get at least some blood from him), then I asked if I could visit my pet, of course he didn't have an answer and asked me to call them once a day, and also in the evening. On Friday, keeping to what they asked for, I called them in the afternoon, the nurse said the doctor had to go, call me in an hour and a half. I called. After 11 minutes of line-keeping, he said: Marci left at dawn :(. And that they called me I just didn't catch up. I DON'T CALL ME! The phone has been with me all day, no call came! We got in the car, we went for him, we got an invoice that didn't reveal much Only the amount ... And the tests .. Only no one told me when he died, what he died about, what was wrong ... ???? The nurse said twice that if there is a question, let's wait for the doctor or let's call ... We said no question ... After that ... Then I packed Marc in a nutritious bag, which was part of everyday life for 11.5 years ... Our 12-year-old Vizsla male dog was transferred from Törökszentmiklós to wash the intestinal tract. We were very satisfied with the examination (ultrasound, x-ray) and the subsequent drug therapy. The dog is fine due to the quick intervention. All our appreciation to the doctor and assistants who work there, who receive their patients conscientiously and with love for the animals. We recommend it with a good heart to everyone who needs veterinary help, because here the patient's favorite gets into good hands.

I am grateful to the Doctor for saving the life of my 5 year old male kitten. His kidneys stopped, he was infused for 1 week, he got a lot of medicine, but he succeeded! I could go in to him whenever I wanted. He kept the soul in me too and encouraged me to heal, thank you very much again! I wouldn’t trust the lives of my other cats to anything else!

If I could, I wouldn’t give a star after yesterday. I called them at 7 a.m., I talked to the assistant and the doctor. Even though he was in a terrible condition my dog ​​was told to take me to order time. We also went there waiting for half an hour before 9 .... They called in front of us a dog who was just waiting to be vaccinated. I went to say that my poor puppy could barely breathe .... By the time he was graciously called in, the dog had already died in the middle of the office ..... It is a shame that they did not take seriously the request of a doubled owner for help!

I went to the clinic. With my kitten, who fortunately had nothing serious. Expertly inspected, well-equipped equipment available. Eg ultrasound, x-ray, etc. That's when I was satisfied. Nowadays my dog ​​has had severe malaise. I picked up the phone and called the clinic. It happened this weekend no one picked up. It was picked up on Monday morning at 7am and was announced from 9am on order. We went in, at 10:30 my dog ​​died. He didn't have a chance to get to the doctor ... Even though we were there in time, it was more important to take care of the animals arriving for vaccination. Those who arrived on time. It is useless to equip if humanity is lacking in commitment to animals. Sad!
