There was no water at the premises. That can happen to everyone, but forgetting telling their guests in advance at check-in, just to let them find it out in the morning, that's something you should not do... Besides sleeping, we could not get much use of their services. Charged full price, though. Otherwise nice and neat place, when everything is ok, it can be an enjoyable stay, but this attitude towards guest, well it left a mark.
We have been here for the second time and after the first positive experiences, due to what we have just experienced, we will definitely not come again! Fire hot (inedible for 10 minutes) soup, flies, tasteless dishes, unreasonably high prices compared to the quality (cheese, garnish, tartar ??? billed separately for a r. Cheese), we came from the county seat, but the same there for almost half the price. Potatoes are of inferior quality, deep-frozen, did not give a gastronomic experience, but rather annoyance! Nothing was given for decoration, only 1 lettuce leaf. Much has deteriorated in a year the restaurant @
The place is nice tidy and the clean service is good but why we went for the food itself they are mostly salty, the meats are dry.sorry😕😟
Extremely nice and well-kept environment, huge and tastefully furnished apartment for so much money. We already had problems with cleanliness, which I would not detail here. For some reason, when we stayed there, there were no cutlery in the kitchen cabinet, even though the policy writes about it.
Unfortunately, here too, what is being done in most of the accommodations is that they do not pay enough attention to the conditions that ensure quality sleep, by which I mean the occasional replacement of the mattress and pillows.
