I arrived for an eye examination to buy glasses at a pre-booked time. The examination was quick and superficial, I indicated that the lens was not suitable and then I was given the opportunity to compare it with a single other lens. Uncertain of the two, but one was better, with the value of which we also made glasses afterwards. I was not helped in choosing the framework. The seller or optimist was disrespectful. I have a pronounced feeling of discomfort in the glasses I bought, my vision is blurred when I wear it. I asked for a control inquiry today, but the lady at the store communicated in a particularly disrespectful, instructive tone, insulting, and then asked me to go back next week.

I wanted to make glasses today. I asked for help from the lady working here. Even though I was the only shopper in the shop, he waved me half shoulderfully and pointed from far away. He refused more help. Fortunately, a few hundred meters from there, I found nice, helpful opticians.
