I was with them to buy sunglasses. As long as you buy, the team is kind and helpful, after that they are unfortunately not cooperative. The sunglasses I bought after a few hours of use turned out to be uncomfortable and I wanted to find a solution with them over the phone. They stated that there was no way to repurchase or exchange. Looks like they are not covered by the buy-back guarantee. Also, a scarf didn't come with it, so I had to ask if I could get a case for the 18,000 HUF sunglasses by the time I got one made of fabric. What a protection the glasses enjoyed, you can imagine. I'm also sorry to give them one star.
