Today (January 13, 2021), when I went into the store, two men and a woman customer service representative were present outside of me. There was no other client besides me. At first I just stood and looked at them, but it took a few seconds for the female customer service representative to ask what I wanted. I would have started to say that, but then they interrupted that I needed a serial number. I used to be in the store and I didn’t remember that I should have had a serial number. I could indicate this more clearly. Or they could write it out somewhere. And I could get a better eye on the serial number issuing machine. So I asked for a serial number before the female customer service representative indicated that I could go to her to deal with it. I went there and told him what I wanted. That my mobile number is inactive for some reason and I wanted to find out why it became inactive. The answer was that there is no such number in their system. Either I did not register the number or I did not top up with money and the SIM card has expired. According to my recollections, I even registered the card and it was topped up with enough money so that there would be no problem with it. I would have tried to ask how this might be that my number was still dead, but the answer was the same again. That I must not have registered the number or topped up with money. (This is a prepaid SIM card.) Because in December 2020, there was an incident on the financial side of me. And with interest, it turned out that my number had become inactive since December. In other words, I could have had a SIM swap attack. Because even then the number of anyone can be inactive overnight .... So the woman offered to buy me another top up card. I agreed to it because I thought I might be interested in something more about it in the meantime. But as it turned out, I was wrong. When we were done, I tried once again to ask if it was certain that this was the only way a card could be inactive, as it had enlightened before. The answer was that he had said it three times already. After that, I said more goodbye and came. I didn't stop to confuse and argue more ... I filtered it out that even though I had mentioned this SIM card replacement attack, it would not have been addressed. They would have just looked stupid for that too. As well as for dragging the serial number and the interest in SIM card inactivity. Short: Clerks could be more open, helpful, and prepared. And you wouldn’t feel uncomfortable with the client if you want to handle a case or inquire about something.

The business itself is fine and modern, unfortunately I managed to catch an untrained, contemptuous, caring man from the service staff. He seemed more like a bouncer than a service worker. At first I felt like he was treating me with an enemy. Of course, I couldn’t manage what I went for. My problem was solved in 15 minutes in a partner store in Budapest. And they did not send all half to the problem, citing reasons.

I find it pathetic .. The workers do not know the word courtesy. The client will come out of his work sooner to handle a case. Arriving at 4pm, we take the friends in advance, so we arrived later (come quickly Jocika) even though we have the serial number to move in line. Is that how you pay for my budget? Working hours. Parking fee .. I do not think that the customer's fault is that the plots Ceglédi branch is not able to organize the fast administration. When you talk about it, the man is still standing up. The headquarters could pay more attention.
