We were at this Bank asking for a mortgage offer. As we wanted to take the offer to read it at home and show it to our Hungarian lawyer, they urged us to sign it right away or else we should leave it there. So we went without the offer. We never experienced such bad treatment.

Hungary's second largest bank ... Until now, they have not managed to solve almost anything without complications unfortunately. Attaching the image to an example call sequence. The account leader has an average annual 2-3 × turnover, employees are under-educated, the system is slow and full of mistakes, and banking processes are complicated and long. They know about the problems and yet ... nothing happens. Update! Called the account manager and after a personal consultation we solved all our requests. While this does not change the many controversies that have happened in the past, it is very promising for the future!
