Consolation, the seller to put it mildly simlis! I bought a SAECO SE50 device for which he said it was a demonstration piece - for 250,000 HUF. The appliance is faulty, does not heat the head, so it produces cold, non-drinkable coffee. You have not sent a letter of warranty, instructions for use, and most of the accessories are missing or incomplete. The rectification and repair (at first glance they said a panel change!) Is about 100,000 HUF! I bought the "demo" piece because it said on the phone that the new ones were out of stock and there is only this demo piece - however, it is still advertising a new device on its website and other sites as well!
