I wanted to go to urology. I couldn’t ask for an appointment on the phone because they never picked up the phone. Eventually, I went in person to ask for an appointment. I got an appointment a month later. I went there the day of my appointment and was told there that there was no doctor inside. They were also sent to the assistant woman, and she said in a jerky tone that they had spoken to everyone on the phone. I told him no one called me, he could look at my phone. I went in again, asked for an appointment again. I got it a month later again. I was called on the day of my appointment so there would be no order that day. Then I told the woman in despair that I hadn't gotten in since February ... She told me to go in at 3:30 in two weeks and call me out of line. Yesterday (on December 1, 2020) I went there before 15:30. I got a serial number below. I waited more than two hours. No one but me was waiting for urology when the serial number display was turned off by the door. I waited a while to see if they would call, but nothing. I knocked, no one answered. I knocked once more and yelled at the woman in an unqualified tone of "I'm coming". Then he started yelling at me what I wanted, let me wait my turn (as I wrote, no one but me was waiting there anymore and the serial number display was turned off). I told him they told me to go there by 3:30 and call me out of line. To this he continued to shout that no such thing had been prescribed to him, and that no one had said such a thing to me. Then the doctor started yelling at me in the same tone, and I was already trying to explain the situation to them, trembling, but they didn't care, they continued the discharge ... TB ... It's a shame that you have people working for you who don't need zero empathy ...

In spite of the change in phone login, appointment request was as bad as it was! It could be even worse.

My dad was called to 8 now is 9:30 and he's still sitting inside in a plastic chair with a pinched waist who later came of course they are being called in kindly it doesn't matter I think a little extra money in my pocket for sure would help right? TO DIE

Phone unfortunately doesn't work, I think their internet is dial-up.
