Géza also undertook a personal training session for me at a late date. The training is intense, based on pre-developed topics, personalized, follows my progress well, the price is right. Géza is constantly on the lookout, so the danger of injury and overload can be excluded.

You can expect hard workouts, and slowly booking an appointment is hard work :) However, many times TRX is not TRX, so I gave four: if you expect a full TRX class, you may be disappointed. Anyway, a star five.
