On November 15, I ordered a package from a website and chose FoxPost as a courier. According to the parcel tracker, it arrived at the warehouse on November 20, and my order can be picked up on November 23. In comparison, a week after 23, there is still no news about my package. Customer service doesn’t help either, they don’t answer emails, and they don’t pick up the phone after waiting 20 minutes. I’ve been waiting for my package for over 2 weeks now, which should have arrived in a few days. This is not a customer friendly service.

I do not recommend it to anyone. The packages will be rested in the warehouse for several days or weeks before you receive it! No customer service communication !!
