As early as May 2008, I had the opportunity to attend a multi-day training session held by OTP-Garancia Insurance. At that time they were still known as Qeep training. The basis of the training was intimidation, the style of the lecturer "doctor" was characterized by a degrading style. It was clear that he had no idea of ​​the sales profession and that if we weren't for the regional director personally, everyone would have gone home after the first day. Out of the ten participants, two of my colleagues left the following week, and two weeks later, a colleague, who got into a dispute with the "doctor" unfortunately got a heart attack, thanks to god he survived. At that time, many people were afraid of their jobs and many salesmen had to swallow too much. It is sad how far these unqualified individuals took advantage of this at that time. No star for this service!
