Well equipped gym with good community. Kind service and clean changing room, snacks are also available. There were no air conditioner but it wasn't a problem in October. Bike parking possibilities are given, though, not the best. Easily accessible with public transportation.

Closed football fields are excellent in the fall and winter, but not so good during the summer, because they lack proper ventilation.
