Staff catered to our needs at 5am due to us just getting off of a very long bus ride clean quiet room as well

Chinese owners (couple), if you speak some Chinese the lady will like you haha you won't meet them much except when getting and returning the key and paying. so the service is neither bad nor good, can't tell. the room was clean and the bed was comfy.

It is very awfull hotel, no services, nothing. Bad beds, very small bathroom with demaged toilet. Realy bad.

No any room service, you can't communicate with the staff if you can't speak Mandarin. You may be waken up by dogs barking in the morning But the staff will let you check in if you arrived here in the morning.

Small room, even smaller bathroom where toilette was merged with shower corner. No TV, no shower gel, furniture was very basic. No curtains, only drapery, so you have to choose between darkness with privacy or see-through windows where other people walking on the porch could see inside. Other rooms even didn't have any window or were in basement. I give two stars as everything was new, clean and had some technology.
