Hard to reach. Then they tell you to call back the next day and the next day they not picking up the phone.

Nyugis posta, now I have also received an SMS notification that the package can be picked up, but the shortened opening hours are surreal, instead of 8-20 it has become 8-18, which makes it difficult for working people to get there. It would be much more useful to have 10-20 or 12-22, possibly 6-16.

Never use MPL again. The one thing is that I have to stay home from 8 to 17 if I’m waiting for a package, but the fact that they don’t look up the phone number provided, nor do they know the intercom, is outrageous. I had to go to the post office for a 25kg package! Home delivery 890 Ft. I am very dissatisfied and I no longer order from a web store where MPL is listed. All other courier companies can deliver the ordered packages to my door, Magyar Posta is unable to do so.
