I canceled my account because I found the service expensive and poor. At the counter, the lady tried to shake off a junk excuse to come back the next day because the transaction could not be resolved while I know that approx. it happens right away, i even put it into words and what a surprise, it just managed to solve it anyway. It was in this account that they laughed because I was interested in a service that the bank does not have (then I should have terminated my account with them). I believe they are underpaid, but the customer can’t do that and if he sits at the counter, he can’t do that. If you do not meet his salary, treat whatever your employer or profession can provide, then look for another livelihood. I suspect something like this is in the background because I have already had problems with people working in other accounts, e.g. Westend account.

A place below criticism! It’s the ridiculous category when you feel honored to open an account in this wonderful place for yourself. The style that the "nice" lady working here allowed herself to face me is unacceptable! I recommend changing staff as soon as possible before dropping out of more customers.
