Dirty and rude. Flies are in the coffee and on the food. We ordered a coffee and a tea. The guy could not tell us what kind of coffee do they use. We did not get the milk we asked for. When we mentioned it, the guy was outrageous and rude. The glass I got for the tea was dirty. Overall a very bad experience for an expensive price.

Unfortunately, since Coca-Cola bought Costa, the quality has deteriorated a lot! And it was not only the unit at the Basilica that became insignificantly bad ... There are already several better cafes in the Pole, but you have to be the last one! The rebate system, which cannot be enforced everywhere, has been dropped, portion sizes have fallen, prices have risen and choice has fallen. Today, it is clear that Starbucks has become the market leader, and Costa does not even want to be the market leader! The biggest trouble is that the management doesn’t even want to do anything (I’ve heard this from the employees!), Just survive and save their personal existence! Coffee and cake are still (!) Good (only expensive), but unfortunately the other preparations are no longer a real waste of money!
