Women only! The place itself is too small
Super coaches, super hours!
I was here with two girlfriends. The coach they were sent to was nice, even though he was trying to help us with a personal training session, and we broke his neck out of nowhere. The place seemed cultured, it was possible to clean the machines, the dressing room was neat and well equipped with the washbasin and shower. However, AYCMs are not liked because they have noticeably changed their receptionist style when we said we were and gave us an introductory time at the end of our training, even though we had never started a gym. The introductory clock is said to be for local renters only, but it is "workable" for us to be part of it. Well, without that, I don't know very well how we could use and make good use of the facilities ...
