Good position between the center and the park/thermal baths. The surrounding is silent and the rest was good. The staff is kind and attentive, but unfortunately they had no option for gluten free at breakfast. The room was clean, but we stayed 3 days and two dishes from room service that were already on the floor when we arrived, were still there when we left 😳 Guess now they have left autonomously...

Honestly this is one of the better hotels I've stayed in from a Groupon. It is right in the M1 metro so easy public transport access. The hotel its self was clean and quiet. Didn't hear another guest whilst in the room.

Very happy with this hotel, great position in the city with easy access to all the amenities and attractions. Good standard of cleanliness throughout. The decor is attractive and well thought out. Really happy with our air conditioned room which kept us cool. Most of all we had good nights sleep as the hotel was quiet. Would certainly recommend and will be my first choice when we visit Budapest again.

If you like to be away from all the chaos but close enough to some things to do you might enjoy this hotel. There is a park close by with many attractions (museum, circus, bath house, restaurants, and lots more). You can go for a long walk to the Danube bridge and explore the streets along the way. That will take a few hours though, so if you’re not into walking you could buy a daily pass at the hotel and use the tram or public transportation. I went with the walking option as I like to explore. Walking around the hotel I noticed it’s a very peaceful area, not much going on. There are a few grocery stores but not many food options. The restaurant La Perle Noir is an option with an entrance right at the hotel but definitely not your cheapest option, had lunch there twice(separate review for that). Overall, the staff at the hotel were always kind and helpful, I didn’t have any major requests. They cleaned the rooms well, and it was a good place to rest. The room was a bit small compared to other places I’ve stayed for this price but I’m guessing it’s just what it costs to stay in the area.
