I live in Finland, but when I was in Hungary for a long time I brought my car to Emil Frey due to a warranty defect. I have indicated that my car regularly displays the following error message: "Adaptive LED Headlights (ALH) Malfunction. Have the vehicle checked by dealer."
I was told that the car did not store any DTCs so they could not do anything with it.
I came back to Finland and took her to Mazda. I said exactly the same thing. They found the fault, the right front lamp was replaced under warranty, free of charge.
At the annual service, I asked for 2 things +, car wash- which would be basic anyway, and refilling the window washer fluid. In 5 hours, none were resolved. For 70000 HUF, what hasn't been done yet ??
The staff practically did not even notice, I will not buy a car here if my choice falls on Mazda.
They cannot insert the brake disc properly. Because of this, it wore out after 23,000 km instead of 130e. Even worn when I didn't brake. I took it back to squeak, they didn't even look at it. Another branded service confirmed that three of them had been installed and therefore had a worn mouth. What to say.
The process is slow anyway, the whole thing is cumbersome. And they work dearly.
