After reading of the poor service and rip-offs others had experienced at Hertz and other companies in Budapest we took our hotel reception recommendation and used Avalon. The car was reserved the day before and the representatives Adam and Thomas arrived on time the following day. All the documentation was explained clearly and the car was clean and in good condition. Our security deposit was charged at delivery and refunded promptly the next day. We left the car overnight on the street and advised reception and it was collected without incident the next day. Excellent experience all around. I would highly recommend the company and the polite representatives.

I hired them several times, often with foreign relatives, when they came to visit. Professional service, languages ​​spoken. In fact, after the 10th rental, a larger car was offered for free, including free GPS. If I had to mention something negative, it is a bit difficult to mark car damage in the rain or in the dark. Let's just say they can't do that, and in the end we didn't find much to mark on the two-week car ... I'd be happy to recommend them. :)

This lender, after bringing the requested car to the agreed place, locked out a hedge fee on my account, but it wasn't any trouble, because they had been informed in advance. The problem was that the deduction of fees the administrator has twice awarded the card, saying it failed to lock first. Of course he locked it twice, and the second lock could not be unlocked after the returned car was sent by mail and telephoning TODAY DAY. no need to write to them I always wrote what they wrote back a response. In the end they couldn't solve the situation and I had to go to my own bank. Such a level of amateurism and carelessness cannot be afforded by a serious company.
