So far, I have only had positive experiences with the Bank Branch and their staff. It also includes that when we go to the bank, we are prepared to do so - we already know what we want. If you have it, everything else will be there, because here they will do everything they can to help. Anyway, it's worth arriving on time ...

The administration is terribly slow, if something can be done in the internet bank, the person is asked to explain why he is not doing what he came in for. Serial numbers are an ornament, if .12 is the serial number and 11 is in front of you, even 17t is called before 12t. If there seem to be only 1 person in front of you, you still have to wait at least 45 minutes, and if you ask why the future is called in line, the answer is that you will be called as well, you have to wait ... Quality service, what not tell

No service. Leave the bank after a waiting time of more than 2 hours. The only German employee said after 2 hours that his German was not good enough and I had to wait another 30 minutes. After 40 minutes no one was there. Then I left without result
