I was trying to get help from a shop assistant but I wanted to go to hell for the lady's behavior but I believe they had a lot of work ahead of the holidays but I think the seller would have felt better if I left the shop with a smile I avoid their shops

The store is clean, tidy. I've often bought it here. Unfortunately, I can't tell you that the quality of the products is always perfect. I have been doing so many times with childrens shoes, such as slippers, sandals, sports shoes or winter boots that have failed in a few weeks. In most cases, the problem is that the material separates on the side of the shoe when gluing. Turn! I always keep the box together with the block because unfortunately the experience will be needed. So in any case I take it back and usually send it for repair or if the shoe cannot be repaired then I have bought it or I have already been offered money back. I think the company is correct and the mistake is acknowledged. I have bought shoes that we use for a long time in years (adult shoes that we are not growing) and have no problems. I think a good shop on the whole could improve quality :)
