On January 13, 2021, I asked for a price for one of the parts of a range hood they still sell. The sales lady was willing to help me take a photo of the nameplate and send it by mail, which I did even that day. A response was also received asking for the price. Yesterday - February 22, I thought I'd ask, because I mean, they said that the delivery to the cata is slow, but the flooding too? To this I received a reply letter saying "Consider the quotation and the need for parts as irrelevant, as the distributor does not respond to our repeated inquiries" Well I hit the net, I found a Pest company, I asked for a price on their website, in 25 minutes they were already approached by a salesman. It is true that 5-6 weeks of delivery, but they were able to give a price, did not have a hard time, and I ordered. Who knows, avoid the Belka, this is no longer the place it used to be. 1 star is also a lot for them.

I was able to buy the part that was missing to start the washing machine. Dear, helpful sellers. The attendants are nice and helpful.

Friendly service

Our refrigerator spent about 5 weeks with them for warranty service. The repair process was dragged on for about 2 and a half weeks and it was argued that they could not bring the device out because the carrier was on sick pay. I don’t know what kind of service is where there is a supplier but so the next two and a half weeks were dragged away with that.
