I never put my feet in again. We wanted to take a bath. The "kind" gentleman showed that it is now only 50 thousand forints. I paid for it not to be taken away by anyone else because it was just that one piece of it. The next day we went for it and it wasn’t the tub we saw. They wanted to give us a battered worn tub. When I asked for my money back I was told they could only refund it by reference. I said I was asking for cash because I had to take a bath. He came to the store manager and spoke to us in Alpine style. There was no mask on top. We told him to pick one up. He refused and became even more jerky, then left there without a word. Luckily I got my money back, but I’m sure I’ll never go in there again.

2 11 2020 .... glass door ordered ... and paid ... drove there in December to ask if the door was still coming ... the slower 13 January .... now still no door ... and never had a message .... we will never go there again so ....

I have been waiting since January 14 to fulfill my order on prepaid stock. They are unavailable. I will never go there again.

Obtaining a store number is possible on multiple attempts only after a long wait. They don’t pick up the phone, they repeatedly promised to call me back, they don’t. (I add, the sellers are kind, I think they no longer have the image to promise.) They have customer service (I have seen), with a lot of people, that’s positive, but I think they’ve outdone themselves in terms of headcount. The ordered goods did not arrive on time, not even with a 1-month delay. What I’ve gotten is I’m happy with, it’s a nice commodity, but overall, my mouth is terribly bitter. Honestly, I would never order from them from any web store or store, just what I have in stock, I would take it in person. And I wouldn’t buy in advance by any means. (tap universe, gemini duo, leziter became a ban list for me) Update: The goods have not arrived since then, with the help of a nice clerk I managed to get another one in stock (I add, part of the bottle is broken, but I don't care anymore). In the meantime, I ordered the product in stock at the geminiduo webshop - in case I was lucky, I immediately got a code in a subject field without any announcements and then no feedback for 1-1.5 weeks. I requested it with a store receipt, they called me and also sent me an SMS to deliver the product the next day. Summa summarum, DO NOT order from them. 09/21/2020 update: I also wrote my opinion on the product finder, contacted customer service to delete my opinion. I will NOT delete. Maybe I'll save someone a little nervousness.
