After the disembarkation, the owner Mr. assembled the furniture, which already during the unpacking of the parts showed serious and visible damage and breakage. I signaled to the owner Lord that I already had some concerns and objected to the product by the time his answer was: Don't worry, the armrest won't fall off if you do ... Then they'll take care of it. Well, since according to my profession I am also a building and a carpenter, together with my other 2 family members, after consultation, it was confirmed that the furniture is not acceptable because both its structure has weakened (bed hinges and armrests) and no longer holds it. We signaled this to the store with photos attached, and we received no response that day and the next day. Then on Friday morning I was called and told that they had given me a 5% discount because they knew the furniture was damaged. My question was why we weren’t notified of this at the time of the purchase and before that when we were selected. The answer is: Then they take back the furniture. Of course, they wanted to deliver the furniture on Saturday, but of course the money we paid for the purchase was not credited to our account until Friday afternoon. Then I went into the store and informed them that the furniture would not be delivered until the money was returned to our account. The answer, of course, was that they could not refer because the banking system had not been in operation for three days. I will not describe the rest of the details now, the point is that we had a hard time getting the money back and the furniture was removed. On the day of the removal, the owner said only every ten years such a fit. I’m so sorry that once every ten years someone can be beaten with high value furniture and a broken product can be salted on it without their knowledge well if you don’t notice. According to them, every 10 years, honor is not worth much. So everyone buys furniture there to thoroughly inspect before it is assembled for him.
