The immodest is a mild term for the landlord. We made an appointment by phone, took the accommodation out for 2 days, after the wedding gathering. We wanted to stay for six on the first day and only two on the second day, the lady generously asked for the price of only one room for the second day as well. To our great surprise, the landlord came in the first morning to hurry to pack because the other guests are coming. We assumed in good faith that we had misunderstood each other, that we thought it would give a discount, and he thought that a fresh couple would be happy to share their honeymoon with wild strangers. However, the night before, he prepared us a little for this. When we arrived from Szeged with our suitcases and ornaments, I dropped so much on my wife during unloading that someone might come the next morning, but not sure because she was sick, but she could be. He then left quickly. My mother reassured us that she must say it only because she was afraid it would be a big party and she wanted to scare us. He said a sensible person would not do that. We all agreed with him and settled down calmly. He arrived the next morning without a phone call or knock, with a handover. Of course, we didn’t want to stay any longer until our landlord offered to refund the accommodation for the night we didn’t spend there, but unfortunately he didn’t have that much cash at the time. After a week, I called that we still hadn’t received the amount, by which time he told us we wouldn’t because we booked the accommodation. As for his manners, though, I would like to write a few more lines about our morning conversation. During our conversation, the lady said that she doesn’t consider herself to be at all wrong, that’s sure she didn’t misunderstand or remember something badly, don’t comment on how she does her thing because she’s the businesswoman and can’t afford it in a time of the coronavirus not to rent the guest house to just one company, even if that company had paid the rent for the whole house. No, not because you have to cancel your guests, just plainly he doesn't think it's the same amount of money ... or just not so good ... I don't understand, I'm not "the businesswoman", I would benefit more from the well-being of my guests than money.

We expected a much nicer location and view based on what was discussed, but that is still negligible. However, what does not fit is that the landlord came into the apartment as a surprise without knocking and forecasting. You have intentionally withheld information that could have caused our booking to fail. After reading this, we were able to agree with him, but he nevertheless disregarded the oral agreement. The forest edge guest house with a view of the forest is far from reality, more like a farmhouse on the edge of the village (permanent truck and car traffic along the main road).

Sloppy messy furnishings, untidy garden, carelessly cleaned, but the biggest negative is that the housewife accidentally comes in to check on her guests.
