On August 1, 2020, we ordered 2 bathroom furniture that we received in mid-January 2021. It is not recommended to subscribe because whoever does this will surely laugh. They were told about a further 2 weeks of slippage at each time of interest. (See: Tom Hanks Penznyelo's filmjet there has always been the promise for 2 weeks) There were also cases when I was called before Christmas to deliver the ordered furniture every week. Then on the day of delivery another phone to destroy because it was lost in the warehouse. ??? So, think about ordering barki from here too!

I'd rather not give a single star. Even though I paid the premium shipping fee, it doesn’t apply to a bathtub, to which the previous day the lady clerk answered my question about this thing directly that if I paid the premium shipping fee they will be brought into the apartment of course. Well no. I have to bring it in. If you may have mentioned that it does not apply to a bathtub or it would be listed on the website then I would say a good solution for importing into the apartment. But the fact that 45 minutes before delivery is notified by the unfortunate courier - who doesn't get anything from the premium delivery fee anyway - he certainly doesn't bring in, has somehow hit his heart. I'm out of the company, even though they have good stuff.

Unfortunately 0 stars cannot be given! On January 19, 2021, I ordered 2 Bianca Plus bathroom low cabinets. The money was immediately deducted from my account. Today is February 11th. The ordered furniture did not arrive. Since then, no information, reaction, response, etc. did not come from them. It was a shame to ignore the many, many negative criticisms they had received in the past. They also show that they are a frivolous "gang". They did not respond to any previous opinions. I do NOT recommend!

Apart from scamming customers, I see nothing else going for them. One day I was told that the product I ordered and paid for would be mailed that day (which wasn’t on the website by the way it was in stock) the next day I got the message that they were no longer producing what I ordered. I see not only a lack of communication skills and integrity from webshop operators, but a 21st century system that can assess which products are available and which are not, but it doesn’t seem to run out of the money withheld from customers. Message for future buyers: NEVER ORDER from GEMINI-DUO! I hope that the authorities will stop operating the webshop as soon as possible so that no more people can be beaten.

The staff is kind, polite, but I am not happy with the processes. I got a faulty piece of furniture, they can’t fix it in-house, so I have to wait for an unpredictable period of time for the manufacturer to react to something, with what solution they compensate for it. If I want to cancel the purchase, I have to return the furniture at my own expense. So I paid tens of thousands of forints for a promise that _may_ within 1 month I will get a good item that I can refit to have a working piece of furniture.
