I found Adri's flyer with the nurse, and I was very happy to have the opportunity to train while pregnant, because exercise was a part of my life before that and I wouldn't have liked to give it up. I started the maternity gym with her at 13-14 weeks and I went all the way to the very end, which I am very happy about afterwards. The classes were always in a good mood, even if there were many of us, Adri was always watching everyone individually. I got a lot from him, both physically and mentally. If I had any concerns about childbirth, we discussed it together in class and I always got an answer that calmed me down.  But it was also possible to contact him in person. I had a lot of tension in my tummy, to which he recommended and finally put on the kinesiological patch that caused these pains to pass. Or even though I gained a lot of weight, my waist never hurt during my whole pregnancy, and my feet didn’t get wet either, I’m sure I can thank you for that too, so I dare to recommend Him to everyone because he’s a very kind and infinitely conscientious instructor!

It is easily accessible, a professionally equipped room for teaching both with and without equipment. It is always clean, which is very important to you. The room is baby-friendly, so expectant mothers and moms can take the little ones with joy. It is also easily accessible by public transport (bus 20 stops almost right in front of it). With dedicated, professionally well-prepared coaches, whatever class you sign up for, I think it's maximally good in terms of value for money, I can only recommend it to everyone, regardless of age or gender.😊

“From the first time I felt like this tournament was going to be different than what I had tried before. Here we really move muscles that you often don’t even know are there, but you definitely need to be strengthened for childbirth, I am thinking specifically of the hip / pelvic muscles here. I am very glad for her that I found Adr, because she prepares the expectant mothers with the tournament with the greatest possible expertise with the gym for later physical tests ":)

I met Adrite during my first child’s abdominal muscle regeneration. Thanks to him, my open abdominal muscle narrowed from 3.5 fingers to 2 fingers. I'm going to a maternity gym at the moment, "luckily" he keeps the classes online because of the virus, so we're not without movement now. I especially recommend her classes for expectant mothers and those who give birth.

I have had the good fortune to attend maternity tournaments so far, I can only recommend it to everyone 😊 The classes are varied and have a very good atmosphere, either in person or online - one hour of complete relaxation is guaranteed! 😊 In addition to training, we also get a lot of support from Adri on “maternity issues”.
