I wanted to get a simple khr record ... 2 months ago I had to go to the bank branch three times, I felt uncomfortable because of my phlegm style. I thankfully paid off my debt and went in on Friday to get a fresh statement. My date of birth has been recognized. I went in today ... They didn't ask for what I needed. But I can’t believe their attachment was inevitable. This is the third time I will go. I am thinking of moving to another bank and I have had an account with them for over 15 years.

Based on previous reviews, I was already prepared to be humiliated to the ground when I terminated a service I ordered. Plus, I only managed to get into the bank half an hour before closing ... In comparison, the following happened. I entered the bank branch, the lady at the door kindly helped me decide which serial number to draw to get to the right clerk. Then, after some waiting, I got to the best head clerk in the world, Helga. He communicated kindly throughout, worked smoothly, and even offered quarreling for simpler administration. He even laughed that I apologized to him for the 5 minute overtime. As I looked through the other clerks, they too seemed kind, smiling. I just don't understand the previous opinions ...

We put our second home loan + bouquet in the drawer, everything went well. Special thanks to the staff here, special thanks to Black Silvestre, helped me a lot in the process and answered questions in a letter usually within a few hours. * 5

It's unfortunate. It's a pity that the Dorogi account was closed. The people working there at least understood their work and were able to talk to customers in a normal tone. Respect for the exception.
