Margitsziget

During the Csángó fesztivál, this tiny island is full of people selling everything from cheap jewelry to beer and wine to "lángos." This year, 2018, they built 2 extra foot bridges to allow people to access the island from both the north and the south. There are so many people, it feels like everyone in this little city is on this island at once. At all other times, there are barely any people on it. There is only one bridge to access the island from the east. This is also the only way for cars to access the island at all times. For people who exercise, there are a few exercise equipment to get some calisthenics done. Also, this island is NOT to be confused with the Margit Sziget in Budapest, which is way larger. Just saying!

I love this place, because of the hustle and bustle, cultural events at other times in the summer on the playground, children running around in the ondipark, and coaching people, you can connect the two as parents. Also, it is not a bad meeting place. The Island is constantly evolving. The running lap could still be improved, but I don't think it will be long.

It is a good place for those who want to relax, but you can also play sports. However, in addition to its limited size, there are also quite a few closed areas due to waterworks.

The outdoor gym is good!
