Villa Rigo Panzió

It's a really amazing place, great food, extremely clean and the staff are amazing!! I definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to relax and be by the beautiful mountain of Mátra!!!

A great potential is just wasted here, kind of ok value-for-money + very easy and hands on check in process, the employee just left the keys and we could check in all night + great location if u like quite places in the nature + the room was clean and nicely prepared + good price - the whole house seemed it has not been cleaned properly for weeks - the Wellness area looked more scary than inviting with dark spots everywhere and a not working clock - the breakfast was very weak and seemed old (the eggs and sausages looked horrible, the coffee was super bitter, it was either old or the machine had not been cleaned), when we came to check out 1.5h after breakfast, our used stuff was still there, even though only 2 tables were in use. - we didn’t feel welcome, not friendly words at all. On questions, we become the answer: „I told you yesterday“. 0 the decoration didn’t match with the Interieur at all =A really nice location with a huge potential to become a relaxing holiday location, unfortunately not looked after. In the current status only good enough for a cheap emergency night over around Eger.

Nice room with double bed and own bathroom. Water boiler in the room, what was a great suprise in November. Nice staff, check in until 10 pm. Delicious, huge breakfast, highly recommended for discovering the Bükk mountain.
