The name of the Association for Agriculture and Preservation in brief is: UNDERSTANDED Association. The owners of the collection and the members of the association are made up of our family and acquaintances. The property is in the interest of our family, so we often go there. Unfortunately, due to the lack of adequate covered storage space, much of the collection does not yet have a worthy exhibition space, so many are crowded, some vehicles are uncovered, but they can still be seen by those interested. The mechanical meeting For 10 years, the Understanding Association has been hosting a Festival of Museum Machines, Vintage Cars and Teeth once a year, usually on the first Saturday in June, at the same time and in conjunction with Chapel Village Day (this year, 2020, both events were missed due to the coronavirus epidemic, but we hope , can be arranged again next year.) At that time, Kossuth Street in the Chapel becomes a venue for a smaller festival, where the locals like to visit, they can have interesting events all day long. On that day, the UNDERSTANDED association will line up the most important exhibits in the area in front of the house and in the yard, nicely cleaned. Our guests come from different parts of the country, machine collectors, mechanics, friends who also bring machine rarities. Two veteran vehicle associations from nearby cities, Eger and Gyöngyös are also represented with their cars and motorcycles. Farmers in the area are riding some more modern and retro tractors. Visitors to the event can take a closer look at these as well. Someone will present their equestrian teeth. After the assembly, the participants will take a cozy parade with the vehicles on the streets of the village and in the area, which will be facilitated by the local civil guard and police. There were also sights, most recently for children to try out folk wooden toys, a basket carousel and a bouncy castle. Lovers of good folk songs could watch the performance of the Margaret Folk Song Circle. It is good for both the mechanics 'meeting and the village day to be held one day, because every visitor will find something interesting for him. For the 2019 event, the leaders of a third local organization, the Cat Orphanage Foundation, joined the mechanics' meeting and brought personalities from domestic car racing. for this occasion, as well as special racing vehicles, thus raising the standard of the event tremendously. Our mechanics meeting can already be said to be a festival of special vehicles, as other exhibitors also brought modern, modern curiosities, and of course each old piece is special. The organizers gave a greeting, an information speech on a temporary, but very good, covered stage made up of a truck, and the famous guests also said some kind sentences. The Worthy Association, the Cat Orphanage Foundation and the Chapel Municipality maintain contact, help each other and participate regularly. at each other’s events. In the rest of the year, our association is regularly represented at events in other settlements, where we also transport some of our own machines by truck. We have been in contact with the Hajdú Ráfis János Machine Museum in Mezőkövesd for many years (our number one partner and we took the idea to have a collection and meeting in Heves county). ), from where they also bring machines to us. The meeting of a blacksmith in Újfehértó is also a certain point in the life of our association. Over the years we have been in quite a few places, Georgikon Museum in Keszthely, Visonta, and more recently in Eger during the Bull's Blood Festival and Harvest Days, and Újfehértó and Mezőkövesd cannot be left out. In 2020 many events were left behind, we hope that in 2021 it will be better.
