My father's cremation was on Friday, June 14th. Instead it happened on Saturday. On Monday my mother went for the urn she took home. On Wednesday my brother noticed that the urn had the name of my father. My mother also phoned to fix the error. They told me that my mother would travel from the lymph to Debrecen with the urn. They were very grateful to come for it anyway, what we would expect after the baki, but no, even on the top of the foam that the driver was lazy to find the address instead he called my mother to take the urn out of the village to the village signboard and then you should go for it with the same gesture if you missed it. It is not enough for us to suffer even this scandalous situation. I understand that mistakes can happen because everyone is human, but we would have expected a little more empathic treatment of the situation. 😔
