This place itself might be suitable for a night or two. The price could be a bit lower, but it is still reasonable, especially if we compare its prices with other (but same kind of) facilities of Debrecen. Some staff-members could be a bit more positive and enthusiastic about what they are doing. The location is also good, since it is right beside the main building of the University, and a tram station is also nearby. The Nagyerdo also provides a good opportunity to have some chill time with friends or family.
