Thank God I rarely go for this, but my experiences are awful. The clerks are unwilling to solve anything, they are terrible squirrels and handlers. I tried to sort something out last year, and after a 30-minute battle, I decided to leave it to hell. I turned to the telecom branch in the Arcade in Budapest 2 days later with exactly the same problem, where I managed to settle it in 15 minutes. Avoid.

So far, I have gone into any Telekom store, nowhere have they behaved in such a condescending and phlegmatic way as here in the Szerencs store. I don’t even understand that someone can afford such a style to consumers, especially if they want to use even a new service. Not to mention that even in the end, the “dear” lady working there wasn’t afraid to threaten my fiancé, even though He gave absolutely no reason to. Anyone who can avoid the business would rather go a little further, but then maybe they will be counted because they certainly aren't here.

I haven’t received the bills in 2 months, which is obviously not the fault of the business, but when I want to avoid future complications and take personal action they are unwilling to help. I was not allowed to pay the bill, although I know it is possible. In the case of a business phone, they don’t even address me without a copy of my signature address, even though I’ve entered it at least 20 times in the last 15 years. In fact, the deal is no longer suitable for giving them money.

Unqualified behavior towards consumers. At a telecommunications company of this level, I think such is unacceptable.
