Well... Where to begin. Pros: you have the possibility to have BBQ, lean outside (if you are okay with the high amount of flies), the bed was one of the best i had in the past time to sleep on, many winery in walk distance. Wellness is being repaired at this time (or COVID hit the spot) so is closed and cannot be applied for, we have been informed about that, so we were ok with that. The place is renovated to have a stylish 2020 milieu. The sad part is that the pros stops here. No A/C in the rooms, only on the hallway. Yep, you heard. Central AC or room split would be a minumum here. Would be nice to pre-inform the guests you do not have that, and whether they willing to deal with 31-33°C during summer in the room or open the door during the night where anyone can enter, last alternative you can open the window and let the flies in. All information on our website - the owner replied to another guest on the other site... The same place where "spacious room" was mentioned, although it simply is just a small room, like ten-ish squaremeter including the shower part. It would also be acceptable to be that size, just emphasising it as "spacious" is really far from the truth. If you want to spend some time to have rest, do not stay here, one of the loudest place i've been so far. The walls are thin, TV, talking and snoring of the neigbor couple kept me awake, it is not the guests fault though. Plumbing needs to be taken care of, apartment smelt like poo, that time we understood why it was well ventilated when we got there. Or the reason was simply because top part missing from the lid of the toilet? We will never know. I just read the same comment on szallasponthu site. Public areas were not offered to be used, however it seemed to be open for everyone. No coffee, no fridge, no glasses. We brought everything we need, but i'd be honored to have those around. At last, check-out time at 10? Each and every good place has time between breakfast and checkout to get yourself together. Overall not comfortable at all. Too bad because it could be a real gem of the town which is part of my heart as an annually returning traveler to Tállya. Owner acted nice, but looked that she have to run somewhere during check in and the same feeling we got at check-out. Hospitality should be rule number one as at any other place offering accomodation. If you operate a guest house ("vendégház, rendezvény és konferenciaközpont" to be more precise, choose yours), during check-in and check-out it would be nice to have you around. If you have other things to do, no worries send someone else. We will skip the opportunity to get back someday, and i advise you to pick some place else too. You get a little less for your money what you paid for. Stayed there during summer of 2020.

We would have gone on Easter but due to the curfew we have now moved the date to September. When booking the accommodation, we also took into account the wellness department! However, on arrival we were told that it could not be used. I do not understand why this information could not be communicated in advance. The accommodation itself is clean tidy the room is completely average the bath is small I found the washbasin qlig can be reached. The toilet seat doesn't have a top that I'm weird about. Air conditioning is only in the hallway, there are no rooms. I would like to start the wine cellar with at least 10 people. So with two services we got less for the same money that I did a little much. The breakfast was nicely set on the turn but I missed the kvt. The area is full of cobra dogs at night. There are shortcomings in which they can be noticeably developed !!!

Everything is super, clean, beautiful, and kind. Price range is very good!

OK. Clean, spacious room, a point you need for a rest. Newly built. With huge shared kitchen. Excellently equipped. There is no lunch or dinner, but breakfast is served in a very sumptuous and excellent atmosphere. The immediate vicinity of the accommodation is bleak. Unfortunately, the walls are paper-thin, so the third neighbor can be heard. The dog world in the area is very rich and unfortunately they also give a voice to their vitality at night. For superficial sleepers, these crush their nights. There is no air conditioning in the rooms only in the common areas. Parking space is plentiful.

Real wine country atmosphere, cleanliness, new equipment.
