Rude staff, especially the one I dealt with. Expensive labour and their costumer service is a disaster. Leaving a customer for 45 minutes without saying anything is a very poor service. They need to understand that they are there for the customers and not the other way around. Without customers they wouldn't have a job. The only helpful person was a lady called Maria I think who helped me to rent a car. One thing for sure this was the first and last time I used them.

When we arrived we were already waiting and then we were only interested. The salesman (New Year's Eve) explained everything professionally and professionally. He was polite and attentive. It was good to buy the first new car of our lives. I will probably take the car there to the mandatory workshops as well. I wish you more good and successful work.
