Váradi Caravan

Varadi deserve their high rating. I went to them for an air conditioning unit because their price was considerably lower than any of their competitors. so 5 stars for price. The staff were friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable, so also 5 stars. The simple task of fitting the air conditioner was anything but, at first it appeared an impossibility, but they said they could remove the satellite dish and reinstall it in a different place, they also had to lower the wardrobe door a few centimetres to clear the inside part of the unit. The final result was a very neat clean professional job which I am very happy with. I should add the also have a very comprehensively stocked shop and staff members who speak English and I think German, so for sure 5 stars.

We bought several times in a year and installed higher value parts with them. Nevertheless, when we spoke to an older gentleman, we experienced extremely rude, sullen, dismissive behavior. (As if only money was most important to him !!) Because of this, we left them with a bitter taste. But it’s likely the business is already doing so well that they can afford it too. When a young gentleman or lady served us, we were maximally satisfied. With both their expertise and their kindness. The work done in the service was impeccable, everything still works perfectly to this day. I recommend business and service to everyone, BUT AVOID THE OLD LORD !!!!!

Nice place and people, lots of varnished stuff in one place. Too bad it's not closer to us.
