It has been slowly for a year and no one has indicated anything ... Customer service and complaint handling are under criticism ...

The quality of the product arrived .... They forgot to put an invoice or a receipt next to the product (if I ask, they will give an invoice). The stool delivered was not what we ordered ..... They were outraged at the bill request, saying why (I indicated it was necessary for the warranty) .... So much for the deal. They do not make the ordered furniture in 2 months and are outraged if we are interested in it .... We paid more than half of the ordered product in advance.
