Even the luck I didn't pay in advance, precisely because of similar negative reviews. The level of customer information is zero. And after that, I get this nice letter of formal notice: (which maybe in such cases it wouldn't hurt to rephrase, or rather not send) "I regret your decision, but we have canceled your order as requested. If you have half a minute, please help our work by briefly writing to us the reason for canceling your order. The ordered product will not be delivered. They are out of reach by phone. It is not recommended to order from them.
