One of the most hospitable hotel in Hungary.

Although the hotel is only 3 stars, I still expected more from it. The rooms, furniture, textiles would need some modernization. The rooms have a very outdated effect, the layout is not well thought out. (2 * 2 bed room with bath / sink only accessible through one room) The cleanliness of the spa is also lower than expected for up to 3 stars. It would be worthwhile to offer some simpler snacks from the bar during your stay by the pool. Also, it would be worth considering the possibility of writing to the room for consumption from the bar. Although the size of the rooms would allow, no extra bed is possible. Breakfast offered a plentiful selection, we only missed the water we eventually had to get from the bar. The staff is kind and helpful. Nevertheless, value for money fell short of our expectations. Unfortunately we booked at the last minute, so there wasn’t much other option at that time if one wakes up a little earlier, there are countless, much better deals in the area. I'm sorry I couldn't give a better rating.

What does fair business conduct mean? My story: I had a booking for two nights that I unfortunately had to cancel for family reasons. I immediately signaled to the hotel and asked for their help to resolve the situation. Once this was paid out, management refused to even use it at another time or even transfer the booking. True, the cancellation was not 7 but 6 days before, so I legally failed the whole amount, but here would come the fair business conduct and helpfulness. What adds to the attitude of the hotel management is that I immediately indicated that if I do not receive the HUF 80,000 back, I will reserve the reservation. They refused to do so either and re-let the room. CONGRATULATIONS on the correct attitude. 🤔

As I learned, the operator changed from March 2020. Comfortable, spacious family room, delicious breakfast, friendly, smiling staff. The pool is clean, maintained, there is also a small children's playground with a slide, swings, a swing, a climbing frame. Highly recommended for children. (The pool was used by us and other small children.) We'll be back!
