Staff has been more than unfriendly with us today (080117). After trying to find the shop TV's volume button (a TV for kids that are bored to shop, playing Disney content), since staff ignoring my 3yo son's requests to turn up the volume, first, one staff member assured me that she saw what I was doing (admittedly not asking for help, I tried to do it on my own), then started discussing the matter publicly with co-worker, who then started saying (within hearing distance) that this is not a place for watching TV, people like that should do that somewhere else. Since I was about to leave a larger amount there, for we wanted to shop for shoes for Fall and Kindergarten, I immediately asked her if there is a problem. She just smirked and didn't even look at me, she said no. I got so angry at this nasty behavior, that we left. Customer Service: zero.

Staff is ridiculously rude. They made me dislike the brand for ever. I mean it was not even just one cranky shop assistant, they all act like scumbags. Sorry for the strong wording, but trust me on this one. One visit to this shop and you will never go to a Deichmann ever again. Avoid!

Founds some sandals that we were looking for, and the kids could watch TV while I was browsing the products.
