Still slow, lazy and useless. Happy to sell you the top of the range dishwasher and then you drive round the back of shop to pick it up and they say they don't have it in stock! Had to take the display model with no box wrapping. Just another note.. So many staff on the shop floor, but they seem so uninterested in wanting to help you.

Disgraceful service - ordered a '1 to 2 day delivery' washung machine online, on Sunday, by Thursday there was no sign of it - 2 emails to Customer services solicited no reply til the following morning, and then only 'its in the Carrier's hands' - further emails on Friday morning achieved only corporate guff replies - when the courier FINALLY turned up on friday afternoon, they wouldn't accept a card payment, so I had to drive 25km to the nearest cashpoint & back - it would have been quicker, closer & cheaper to buy from our local store .......

Terrible customer care, lazy, slow cashier, rude manner. Outdated products, no technical knowledge. Does not recommend at all!

Very unfriendly, unhelpful staff! Not recommended!
