I don't want to wait for that, I'd rather switch banks, luckily the other banks are behaving in a customer-friendly way.

Yesterday two. We wanted to deposit money into the account around 3:30, but we didn't succeed, because the cash register was only 3/4 until 1, the bank was only open until 3. From 1 to 3, only those requesting an appointment by phone could enter. Of course, no lines have been written about the change in opening hours, the old opening hours are still listed. Payment at the vending machine was advised. Home for the card, back. The machine finally gave me an envelope on the third try (until then, it was just crumpled), but the payment was not successful, you could only enjoy the error message. I thought the next day. The next morning I drew a serial number at 9 and I was already done at 10. A simple deposit of money for 1 hour !!! I was the third to wait at the checkout. I can only congratulate you on this customer-friendly service. Oh no...
