The Raiffeisen bank performs disappointed; lately, the altitude, the service is a complete disaster. The bank has been close to my account since February with no explanation and has been refusing to open an account for my family due to their lack of skill in English. The exhausted point for me is the employee is entirely unprofessional, they have been told me that as long as I fulfill the requirement of the premium account, the account will automatically upgrade, or I can go to any Raiffeisen bank to do the upgrade by the person. But the truth is you have to go to the same bank where you first apply for your regular account. This is an awful, a complete waste of time.

I made an appointment by 13:00 on the central website of the bank, I received a confirmation email and an SMS - it worked well. I arrived, on the serial number call with the sms code I added "serial date". 15 minutes passed, they were not called. I came to a branch worker, I indicated that I had booked by 13:00, by which time I would count. He asked me what my name was. He called my colleague and told me to go to the colleague immediately. Another 10 minutes passed, no one anywhere. After 25 minutes, a colleague arrives and asks what I am waiting for (my serial number is not always on the display). I said I booked by 13:00 and whether the system was working. Say yes, bring 5 minutes, but I'll try to help in 5 minutes. I was no longer forced to make an appointment because it was pointless to do something. He called me to his desk, told me why I came, called the center to see what to do. It turned out that at the Raiffeissen call center, I was completely unnecessarily told to go to bed because the allam visitor department was doing the same with the bank. It is positive that at least it turned out. On the negative side, the management and / or appointment system does not work well and does not send a reminder to the boys that the person they are booking with should be with the table. Worse, they don’t deal with the reminder in the boys.

I arrived at a busy time, I had to wait a minimum time. But after that, the lady was maximally helpful and kind to me. I managed to take care of everything.
