I don't think the products are good because of the same flavored cake! However. I would definitely do a happy hour, called Happy Minutes where I could sell all the cakes in the evening. And I would make the gluten-free corner and make the pizza out there just like the Italians, face to face, matters a lot. And I can only recommend coffee with a warm heart, an essential part of a good bakery.
