In fact, I wouldn't give any stars. On August 15, 2019, I arrived at the branch to pick up and activate my new credit card. I only found parking in the backyard parking lot. When my job was over, I pushed my car back out. An inner ramp from Petőfi Street leads to the courtyard, which is about 40 cm higher. My maneuver failed badly, the rear wheel of my car crashed off the retaining wall and the vehicle stalled. Due to unsuccessful attempts at rescue, he was released from forced confinement more than 5 hours later at 4:30 pm. During this time, the bank's executives and employees offered me no help, not a cup of coffee, refreshments, or even a good word. True, apparently difficult, but it tolerated me to use the washbasin twice (accompanied by a guard) and also drank two glasses of drinking water. The account manager (?) Has waived all responsibility on the part of the bank. In the meantime, I've learned from other employees that there have been THREE similar cases with my bank client recently, many of whom have complained - to no avail! For me, in a very unpleasant and financially damaging case, the arrival of a police officer called "obstruction" by a senior employee of a branch of the bank crowned me, which happened just in the minutes of a finally successful crane rescue. I've been a client of the bank for 25 years, obviously I deserve it. Thank you, Budapest Bank for your cordial treatment, I would like to thank you! In the meantime, I have warned everyone about the danger in the parking lot, which of course they still do not signal. The trap is still lurking for unsuspecting customers!

I am fully satisfied with the employees of Budaörs Account, so the Security Staff is helpful and courteous! A nice treasurer lady is always nice and smiles I appreciate, but I would like to note that it is typical of other ladies and even young people. Thanks to Zsuzsa Almási, thank you for his extraordinary attitude and helplessness and I appreciate it every time he asks me. So you do not deserve 5 stars if not all my respect is yours. I usually have good experiences with Budapest Bank. Everywhere they were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, there is something wrong with this drawer! Two clerks try to dominate the situation with little success. As I have heard of the waiters and I personally see it, the 1 hour waiting periodic is regular. There is also a positive one! The clerk was very kind and helpful. He also found a solution to my unimaginable problem. I thank him! That is why I gave 3 stars, otherwise only the minimum 1 star would have been. Probably the account manager has to do something to make the administration more smoothly. It was a great success because I had time to listen to the dissatisfied comments.
