The service is unqualified. A commissioner is really good at paying OTP for a one-hour date with a sympathetic young man during office hours. And it even included the lady's car buying advice. I work in a bank myself, but I would surely fly for such an attitude. Data reconciliation in 2 hours for 2 clients. Congratulations.

I had to wait a lot, phlegm was the clerk, I did not get answers to my questions, even though I just wanted to cancel one account! If they could give -1 stars, they would. Never again OTP! I have experienced this in another branch! I do not recommend it to anyone!

Wait more than fifty minutes for a smooth deposit and tells the customer that "if you don't like going to another account" ........ I wouldn't call it a customer friend at all. Could they improve the style and behavior of the agents and their work ethic ????
