Very friendly staff. They speak English. I find the waiting time to be less than the other banks. This is my favorite MKB branch by far.

Even in COVID times, I had a fair, accurate and customer-centric administration in Budaörs when I opened my account in January. Down with the hat in front of the patience and thoroughness of the clerk who deals with me (Victoria K.H.). Compared to my previous Bank, the structure of the information provided orally and in the customer folder, as well as in the details of electronic administration, is well-reviewed and systematized in the same way, coupled with the user-friendly interfaces and aids. The required materials promised and sent by post also arrived in complete order. I hope the sequel will be so cooperative as well, because as a client, I plan for the long term with this good little team!

They have a catastrophic attitude. They do not pick up the phone, and if you sign a credit agreement at one of the tables (out of two), the 30 other customers wait 3 hours! In one of the richest settlements in Hungary, is MKB so capable? Sad, pathetic bank branch, we should close it! Worse, having this useless account is like having a normal working unit in a nearby settlement!

If there were 0 I would give. Phone is not answered, they do not respond to e-mail. One complaint I have is the customer service was promised a call back (2 weeks ago) ...
