It’s an educational tone, they don’t seek a solution, I don’t recommend this bank to anyone.
Due to data reconciliation I went in 1.5 hours waiting for the lady I talked to was nice! But I was expecting a call from another colleague and it hasn’t happened to this day!
Now I have to wait 1.5 hours again or go to another bank with this question?
